Video: Police Detain Yuri Khachaturov's Son

A group of young people, including Yuri Khachaturov's son, Igor Khachaturov, a participant of the 44-day war, organized a protest action on Myasnikyan Avenue, blocking the road.

Drivers mostly waited patiently, while dissatisfied motorists were informed by the youths that their actions were for everyone’s sake. The young protesters chanted slogans like "Armenia without Turks" and "Nikol is a traitor," and drivers responded with their horns, reports "Factinfo."

Moments later, arriving members of the red beret unit abruptly intervened, overpowering protest participants and dragging them along the asphalt without any warning. Khachaturov's son was also among those detained.
