The "Azovstal" Nazi soldiers have proposed to exchange civilians located in the factory premises for food and medicine. This information was communicated to RIA Novosti by a representative of the operation's headquarters for the liberation of the enterprise.

“We are forced to maintain contact with the ‘Azov’ Nazis and representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine to ensure the rescue of the civilians remaining there.
