Lukashenko Announces Upcoming Meeting with Putin

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Belarusian leader made this announcement in an interview with the Associated Press, as reported by BelTA.

"We will meet with him soon," he stated. During the interview, Lukashenko also referred to Putin as his "big brother." According to him, the Russian leader has "no closer, more open, and friendly relations with any global leader than he does with the President of Belarus."
