Leaders of QP and Armenia Factions Respond to Petros Ghazaryan

Today, television commentator Petros Ghazaryan made a post on his Facebook page, inviting the leaders of the National Assembly factions ‘Civil Contract’ and ‘Armenia’, Haik Konjoryan and Seyran Ohanyan, respectively, for a debate.

He specifically wrote: “Instead of saying whatever from a distance, it would be much more responsible to sit face-to-face and engage in a civilized debate. If you want, we can do it live. I look forward to your responses.”

In response to the invitation, Haik Konjoryan, the leader of the QP faction, stated that he is ready to debate openly and publicly, whether live or in any other format. “Moreover, I am ready to debate simultaneously with Generals Seyran Ohanyan and Arthur Vanetsyan. I hope the generals will agree and will not shy away from a public debate in front of the entire nation,” Konjoryan wrote.

ArmDaily.am also contacted Seyran Ohanyan, who stated that he would not participate in the debate. “One of their staff members named Karen called me. I am busy and have nothing to discuss with them,” Ohanyan said.
