Government to Ensure Payment of Salaries for Nairit Employees

The government has adopted a decision to ensure the payment of salaries for employees of Nairit Plant LLC. According to the justification, 216 employees are responsible for storing fire-explosive and other hazardous chemical materials in the technical safety system of the Nairit plant. Of these, 142 employees directly engage as specialists in ensuring the safe storage of chemical materials in technological systems, containers, and equipment, in accordance with current technical instructions, working in a 24-hour mode, in four shifts.

According to relevant calculations, the total salary expenses for all 216 employees of the plant for the year 2022, including other payments equalized with it and the taxes and mandatory contributions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, amounts to approximately 31,000,000 AMD for one month, and approximately 372,000,000 AMD for the course of 12 months.
