Azerbaijani Forces Fire at Internet Repair Workers in Taghavard

The Artsakh Investigative Committee reports that Azerbaijani forces fired at internet repair workers N. H., T. M., and K. M. in the administrative territory of Taghavard village, motivated by national hatred. A criminal case has been initiated and proceedings are underway. "A case was accepted in the investigative department of the Martuni region of the Artsakh Investigative Committee regarding the incident that occurred on April 11 at around 13:20. Azerbaijani military positions located near the village of Taghavard opened fire on the workers engaged in repairing an internet communication station in the administrative territory of Taghavard village, with the intent to unlawfully deprive N. H., T. M., and K. M. of their lives, under article 33-103, part 2, clauses 1 and 14 of the Artsakh Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing," the statement said.
