Results of Jesus Christ Statue Voting Revealed

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the "Gagik Tsarukyan" charitable foundation announced an SMS voting campaign from April 28 to May 5, presenting 12 samples of a statue of Jesus Christ to the public. The voting concluded yesterday, and the winner will be determined by a competition commission in conjunction with the SMS voting results.

It has been revealed that the two sculptures that received the most votes are number 1, proposed by a Russian sculptor, and number 8. The commission will choose between these two options. The statue will be installed at the top of Mount Hatis, which is visible from afar. The height of the statue along with its pedestal will exceed 70 meters.
