UN Security Council to Discuss Situation in Ukraine on May 5

The United Nations Security Council will hold a meeting on May 5 to discuss the situation in Ukraine, co-chaired by the United States, according to TASS.

The meeting is set to start at 22:00 Moscow time (23:00 Yerevan time). Earlier, the UK’s permanent representative to the UN, Barbara Woodward, stated that the agenda would also include UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres' visit to Kyiv.

Additionally, Sergey Leonidchenko, head of the legal department of Russia's permanent mission to the UN, announced that Russia will hold an informal Security Council session on Ukraine on May 6.
