They Came Specifically to Take a Few People: Vahe Hakobyan on the Detention of Levon Kocharyan

Vahe Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Hayastan" faction and president of the "Reviving Armenia" party, stated that the police targeted Levon Kocharyan and detained him.

"My two assistants were also detained. We were just walking; prior to that, we had blocked the street (at the Kochar-Papazyan intersection) for over an hour, and the police did not come. They specifically came to take a few people, did not warn us to walk on the sidewalk. They simply got out, found him, and ran towards Levon Kocharyan. Those who tried to hold them back were also taken away," said Vahe Hakobyan.

It should be noted that the police detained Robert Kocharyan's son from Baghramyan Avenue.
