There is Unease in the CPP: 'Hraparak'

The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that despite CPP deputies publicly mocking the opposition for two days at the behest of Prime Minister Pashinyan, responding sarcastically to Ishkhan Saghatelyan, who declared that CPP deputies are captives of Pashinyan, our sources within the CPP indicate that this carefree demeanor and outward calmness are merely deceptive.

Although Pashinyan has reassured them that the police will substantially suppress the movement in the coming days, arresting activists and organizers, and that everything will calm down within a few days, cautious members of the faction have sensed the smell of regime change and have decided to go underground for a while.

This anxiety is also reflected in their actions, as they closed the gates of the Parliament yesterday. These are the very gates that Nikol Pashinyan opened before the public upon coming to power, declaring that the Parliament Garden should become a public recreational area.

More details in today’s edition of the newspaper.
