Prosecutor's Office on Actions of RSF Chief

During the protests held in Yerevan, reports regarding the incident where the head of the RA NSS RSF, Sargis Hovhannisyan, kicked a Mediahub.am operator have been sent to the RA Investigative Committee.

The RA Prosecutor's Office informed Aysor.am that the reports have been forwarded to the IC with a directive to prepare materials in accordance with Articles 180-181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

It is noted that Sargis Hovhannisyan used violence against a journalist and an operator performing their professional duties at the intersection of Baghramyan and Proshyan streets during peaceful protests yesterday.
