Major Fire at the Yerevan City Hall Greenhouse

Today, on May 3rd, a major fire broke out in Yerevan. Around 05:10, the Emergency Situations Ministry's rescue service received a call reporting that a fire had ignited at the greenhouse belonging to the Yerevan City Hall, located at 12 4th Corridor in Artsakh.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, firefighters managed to prevent the spread of the flames before extinguishing the fire upon arrival. Fortunately, initial reports indicate that there were no casualties.

It was found that the fire originated in a wagon-house used as a security post within the greenhouse. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
