‘99 Percent of Those Detained Have Already Been Released,’ Ishkhan Saghatelyan at France Square

France Square remains closed. Currently, opposition leaders are making statements.

“We have paralyzed the whole city for 4 hours. Official sources state that 244 people have been detained, but in reality, their number is around 300. 99 percent of them have already been released. They are here with us at this moment,” stated Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a deputy from the ‘Armenia’ faction and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, at France Square.
