Papikyan Visits Combat Outposts

On April 29, during a working visit, Armenia's Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan visited a military unit located in the southern direction of the republic.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.

The head of the defense agency got acquainted with the ongoing construction and renovation works at the military unit and the living conditions created for servicemen in modular-type buildings.

Suren Papikyan also visited the combat outposts in the border zone, familiarizing himself with the conditions of combat duty and talking to the servicemen on duty.

The Minister of Defense paid particular attention to issues concerning the security of combat positions and infrastructure, as well as their technical provision, giving corresponding instructions and assignments to ensure that the ongoing construction and furnishing works are completed with proper quality and within tight deadlines.
