Should the Police Car Stop or Not? Discussion at the Police Chief's Office
The article discusses a recent incident reported by Joghouth. On April 26, at the intersection of Paronyan and Leo streets, a police vehicle escorting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was involved in a fatal hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a young girl.
According to information received by Joghouth, the Police Chief and other officials raised the issue of whether the vehicle should have stopped after the accident to provide first aid, which did not happen in this case. The subsequent concerns will be addressed by the preliminary investigation body. A video circulating online shows that no one stopped the vehicle.
