Anti-Corruption Committee to Discuss Motions Involving Pashinyan as Accused

The Anti-Corruption Committee has received a motion to involve Nikol Pashinyan as an accused party. In a conversation with Factinfo, officials from the Anti-Corruption Committee stated that the request will be reviewed in accordance with the procedures and timelines established by law.

As previously reported, parents of fallen servicemen demanded recognition as injured parties in the criminal case from the Office of the Prosecutor General, which has been granted. The other demand put forth by the parents pertains to the involvement of Nikol Pashinyan as an accused in the criminal case. This motion was forwarded by the prosecution to the Anti-Corruption Committee for consideration within the framework of a criminal case initiated based on the statements of Movses Hakobyan.
