Yandex Fails to Transfer Drivers' Earnings: Issues Persist for 2 Months

The issue with the cashless payment system of the "Yandex Taxi" service has not been resolved for several months. As previously reported, drivers of "Yandex Taxi" have raised concerns that they provide services but face problems during cashless payments.

“When a customer pays through a cashless method, the money is naturally transferred to the "Yandex Taxi" system, from which we, the drivers, are supposed to get paid. However, it has been a long time since our earned money has been transferred to us,” said a citizen who contacted Auroranews, adding that this issue has occurred for him for the second time.

It is worth noting that in the last month, many such complaints have been reported by drivers working with the "Yandex Taxi" service.

Previously, Yandex's director, Avetis Gasparyan, explained that there had been a software issue and assured that it would be resolved, and all drivers would receive their payments.

However, two months after the promise, the infringement of people's labor rights continues.
