The Lowest Point of the Incident Is That the Police Car Left the Woman Helpless and Departed: Kubatyan
Yerevan City Hall's Information Department Head, Hovsep Kubatyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "The lowest point of the incident is that the police car left the woman helpless and departed. It is significantly less shameful, but still shameful to politicize the incident. The incident can only be politicized when the guilty parties are not punished and no conclusions are drawn."
