Freedom Avenue Closed Amid Tensions

The youth from the Republican Party and a group of citizens closed Freedom Avenue, sitting on the ground and trying to prevent the police from opening the road.

The police used force to remove them from the roadway. Participants in the protest called out slogans such as "Armenia Without Turks" and "Armenia Without Nikol," urging citizens to join their cause.

Later, they opened the road and continued their awareness march.
