In the event that Armenia remains without a regular and large army, a direct threat of a new genocide will hang over the heads of the Armenian people. No volunteer armed group, amateur squad grabbing automatic weapons, or a group training in the mountains with Nzhdeh’s shirt will be able to resolve the issue of protecting the Armenian people.
