Three Participants of Motorcycle Awareness Rally Arrested, Says Babayan
According to Arsen Babayan, a member of the "Homeland" Party, three individuals participating in the motorcycle awareness rally have been arrested. He also noted that the police are attempting to detain journalists as well.
“The police were unsuccessful in detaining photographer Gegham Mkrtchyan,” Babayan stated.
