Proshyantsi Multo Arrested

In connection with a video incident involving violence against a young individual by a person nicknamed "Proshyantsi Multo," the First Instance Court has granted the prosecution's request to impose pretrial detention on the accused, T.H. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office.

Following an investigation by the police, a criminal case was initiated on April 23, under the direction of the Ararat regional prosecutor’s office, based on the characteristics defined in Article 119, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. The alleged perpetrator, T.H., was subsequently arrested.

On April 25, he was formally charged under the aforementioned article, and the court accepted the motion for detention as a pretrial measure.
