Armed Man Storms Kindergarten and Opens Fire, Including Child Casualties in Russia

Four people have been killed in a shooting at a kindergarten in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia, regional authorities reported to RIA Novosti.

According to Readovkan, the identity of the shooter has been revealed. The 68-year-old Alexander Dronin arrived at the Ryabinkas kindergarten armed with a pistol during a break time at the facility.

He killed a caretaker and two children before taking his own life. The motive for the attack is still unknown.
