Some homeowners in Yerevan are lacking the enthusiasm to work. This was stated today by Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan during the weekly operational meeting of the city administration, while summarizing the installation of solar systems on the roofs of the city's residential buildings.

The issue is that in order to install and operate these systems, internet access is required in the building. This is supposed to be provided by the homeowners' association. However, it turned out that they are not doing it.

One month has passed since the directive was issued, and no progress has been made. This specifically concerns certain homeowners' associations in the central and Davitashen communities.
