Value of Musk's Twitter Acquisition Could Rise to $44 Billion
The acquisition value of Twitter by American entrepreneur Elon Musk could reach $44 billion, reports The Wall Street Journal.
According to Газета, the increase in the estimated value of the deal may be linked to a rise in the number of shares. 'Both parties have been working throughout the night to finalize an agreement that will be valued at $54.20 per share or $44 billion. Assuming there are no last-minute issues, the deal will be announced after market close on Monday, if not sooner,' the article states.
Earlier reports indicated that Musk could finalize the Twitter acquisition deal as early as April 25.
