Artashat Residents Awakened by Gunshots and Dog Howls: Naira Zohrabyan

Naira Zohrabyan, a former MP, has raised an alarm: “Dogs have been brutally shot in Artashat. On the morning of April 21, the residents of Artashat were awakened by gunshots and the howls of dogs. A gang of bandits or marauders has shot the city’s dogs at dawn. Residents managed to rescue only a few puppies.

By dawn, the streets of Artashat were drenched in pools of blood. A group of miscreants had flooded the city with the blood of the dogs. This is not only sadism but also a gross violation of the law. I will be posting links to this brutal scene, so that the governor’s father and the mayor of Artashat can take a look once more, given that the city’s residents are confident that this inhumane slaughter could not have happened without the consent of regional or city authorities.

Now, as the president of the NGO “Security and Democracy,” I call on law enforcement: instead of standing guard at rallies with the whole crew, find out who are the perpetrators of this bloody massacre and by whose order this inhumane killing of animals occurred.”
