Young Man Changing Tire Struck by Opel on Yerevan-Yeraskh Road

On April 23, around 1:00 AM, an accident occurred on the Yerevan-Yeraskh road with a pedestrian struck near the exit to Nakhichevan. The information was provided by the press service of the Armenian Police.

According to the police statement, a 31-year-old driver of an "Opel Astra" hit 24-year-old Mirza Avdalyan, who was changing a tire of a parked "Ford Transit" at the 16th kilometer of the Yerevan-Yeraskh road, resulting in his death on site.

An investigation is underway.
