Vandalism in Hrazdan: Face and Right Hand of Jesus Christ Cross-Stone Damaged

The Facebook page of the Jrarat neighborhood in Hrazdan reports: "A case of desecration and vandalism has been recorded in Hrazdan. The cross-stone monument of Jesus Christ, located in the yard of the Tukh Manuk Church, has been vandalized by an unknown person or persons. The face and right hand of the monument depicting the Savior have been smashed. This monument was considered one of the unique cross-stones in Armenia, as it depicted not a traditional cross-stone with decorative motifs, but the Savior himself. Unfortunately, it has been destroyed by inner unbelievers from Turkey."
