“Participants of the 44-day war have declared a hunger strike in Freedom Square since yesterday. Brothers, thank you for joining the struggle to save our homeland and for once again standing on the front lines, ready to sacrifice for your country. However, I ask you, please do not do this at the cost of your health. Step back from the hunger strike: your health is concerning. Today, I personally witnessed how several ambulances approached Freedom Square.

I plead and demand that you end the hunger strike. Yes, the situation today is extreme, and yes, your actions are commensurate with this situation, but we cannot allow the means you have chosen.
