Sergey Bagratyan's Son Released from Custody

Member of the Armenian National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, Sergey Bagratyan's son, Shant Bagratyan, has been released from custody.

As a measure of restraint, he has been placed under a signature not to leave the country.

It was earlier reported that a criminal case had been initiated by the Investigative Committee of Armenia under Article 258, Part 4 of the Criminal Code in the Vayots Dzor regional investigative department. In connection with this criminal case, 27-year-old Shant Bagratyan, a resident of Yerevan, was arrested.

According to Shamshyan's information, he is suspected of assaulting 45-year-old Vahe Asatryan, the director of a gas station, and causing bodily harm on April 2 in the Vayots Dzor region.
