White House Denies Biden's Statements

The U.S. President Joe Biden's visit to Ukraine is not planned. This was announced by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, as reported by RIA Novosti.

Yesterday, President Biden stated that he is ready to travel to Kyiv personally. Before boarding the presidential plane in Maryland, Biden was asked whether he was ready to go to Ukraine, to which he responded 'yes.'

Following Biden's statement, Jen Psaki was asked during the Pod Race America podcast whether the possibility of Biden's trip to Ukraine was being discussed. 'No,' she responded.

According to Psaki, Biden is 'ready for anything,' including a trip to Ukraine, but there is no discussion about it at this time.
