Trump Follows Biden's Lead, Labels Situation in Ukraine as Genocide

The former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has called the situation in Ukraine genocide. This statement follows a similar declaration made by the current U.S. President, Joe Biden, as reported by The Hill.

"What is happening in Ukraine is genocide," Trump stated. He also added that Russia did not undertake a special operation in Ukraine during his presidency, because, thanks to his efforts, the U.S. possesses "the most powerful and combat-ready nuclear weapons in the world."

Biden's direct labeling of Vladimir Putin's policies in Ukraine as genocide was recorded on April 13. The President also noted that U.S. authorities have more and more evidence to confirm such statements.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov dismissed these remarks as unacceptable.

It is worth recalling that earlier, Biden referred to Putin as a "tyrant" and described the actions in Ukraine as "genocide."
