Ruling Civil Contract Party Conducts Solo Assembly Session and Selects Its Nominated Candidates
The ruling Civil Contract Party (CPP) held a solo session in the National Assembly today, during which it elected its nominated candidates for the Competition Protection and Public Services Regulatory Commissions.
As a result, two candidates nominated by the CPP were elected to the Competition Protection Commission: MP Anush Beglaryan with 66 votes in favor and Tigran Markosyan with 67 votes.
Additionally, Seda Shahinyan was elected as a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, receiving support from 67 MPs.
It is noteworthy that the opposition 'Armenia' and 'I Have Honor' factions also nominated a unified candidate for the Competition Protection Commission, but they were not present at the session, so the matter was not discussed.
