VIDEO: Will Armenia Withdraw from the CSTO? Aghajanyan Left the Question Unanswered

Today in the National Assembly, a journalist attempted to ask Edward Aghajanyan, head of the NA Foreign Relations Committee and member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, whether Armenia might initiate a process to withdraw from the CSTO. Aghajanyan left the question unanswered.

It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also discussed the failures of the government during 2021 in his speech at the Assembly, mentioning the intrusion of Azerbaijani units into Armenia’s sovereign territory in the Sotk-Khoznavar section on May 12, 2021. Pashinyan described this as a failure of the Armenian government and armed forces, but he added that the response of the Collective Security Treaty Organization to the situation also constitutes a failure of that organization.
