VIDEO: The ‘Armenia’ Faction is Heading to Artsakh
A new video has been published on the Facebook page of the ‘Armenia’ political alliance, which states that the ‘Armenia’ faction is heading to Artsakh. Accompanying the post is a statement made by faction leader Seyran Ohanyan from the National Assembly podium.
“The members of the ‘Armenia’ faction in the National Assembly have boycotted the latest parliamentary session and plan to travel to Artsakh today. For us, the provisions stated in the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia regarding our territorial integrity and sovereignty are non-negotiable. We find any proposal for the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict unacceptable if it means that Artsakh could end up under Azerbaijani control,” Ohanyan stated.
“The current authorities of the Republic of Armenia are unable to address numerous internal and external issues. Recent developments confirm concerns that everything is proceeding according to the Azerbaijani-Turkish agenda. In light of the current situation, the parliamentary opposition declares that it will not participate in this week’s sessions or votes. We are heading to Artsakh and the border regions of the Republic of Armenia,” he concluded.
