VIDEO. We are effectively utilizing the CSTO: Andranik Kocharian

Today in the National Assembly, a journalist attempted to ask Andranik Kocharian, the chairman of the NA Committee on Defense and Security, why if Armenia is currently utilizing the CSTO, it is not able to operate it effectively.

It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during his speech in the National Assembly, also spoke about the government's failures in 2021, mentioning the intrusion of Azerbaijani units into Armenia's sovereign territory in the Sotk-Khoznavar section on May 12, 2021. Pashinyan considered this a failure of the Armenian government and armed forces, but added that the way the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) responded to the situation is also a failure of that organization.
