In the National Assembly, MP Hovik Agazaryan from the 'Civil Contract' faction disagreed with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's remark that we could have halted the war but would have reached the same outcome without casualties.

Agazaryan asked the Prime Minister whether our shortcomings and mistakes during wartime had been studied at the necessary level and whether we are adequately preparing for possible unfortunate realities.

“I found out a few days after the start of the war that there was a helmet and bulletproof vest issue in the army,” Pashinyan responded to Agazaryan's question. More details in the video.
