VIDEO: Kocharian and Sargsyan's Forces Endanger Armenia and Artsakh's Security

In the National Assembly, Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the "Civil Contract" faction, stated that the awareness of uniting around the state’s universal interests, collective will, and common idea was disrupted on October 27, 1999.

“We gradually deviated from solving the issues of state establishment. When we say victory, we always imagine physically defeating the adversary on the battlefield; however, this term should have a broader interpretation in the economy, the army, education and science, culture, and various branches of state administration,” he said.

According to Kocharyan, the existence of agent networks formed in Armenia, previously revealed by the RA NSS, indicates that we still do not fully understand the honor of wearing a uniform and the scope of the responsibility that comes with it.

“The agenda of actions declared by the parliamentary teams of Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan and all similar manifestations not only jeopardize the security of Armenia and Artsakh but also damage the internal stability of our state,” the Civil Contract member declared.

Kocharyan added that the generation that carried out a revolution with resolute steps in 2018 can no longer tolerate weakness and oppression.

“The borders of our country were drawn in blood. The confidence in tomorrow and the hope directed towards the future should be the driving force for us to act at this moment. We must stop faking love for the state, making empty promises in the squares of the capital; it is necessary to categorically reject false values and those who serve them,” Andranik Kocharyan emphasized.
