Citizen's Passport Confiscated for Calling Vahagn Aleksanyan 'Rude Pig': Lawyer
The passport of a citizen has been confiscated for referring to the MP of the Civil Contract faction, Vahagn Aleksanyan, as a 'rude pig.' This information was shared on Facebook by lawyer Alexander Kochubaev.
He specifically noted: 'New developments have occurred in the 'rude pig' case. My client, Armen Astaryan, has been charged for calling Vahagn Aleksanyan a 'rude pig.' A measure of restraint has been imposed on Mr. Astaryan, requiring him to refrain from leaving the country. The defense is preparing several motions, including a request for dismissal, as the act may only be considered a serious insult if it is proven in court that the statement does not correspond to reality.'
