Snow in Ashotsk and Amasia: What is the Situation on the Roads

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads in Armenia.

The roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn province to the Amberd fortress and the Kari Lake are closed.

Due to damage to the bridge in the Lucagugh-Yeraskhahun section of the M3 highway in Armavir province, this section is closed for heavy trucks. An alternative route is open via Akhnashen-Gay-Metsamor-Jrarat.

In the regions of Ashotsk and Amasia in Shirak province, it is snowing.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
