It has been noted that the deal was completed for $5 million, and the buyer is an individual named Garik, a deputy, who is a partner of Tsarukyan's relative Khachatur Sukiasyan, involved in fuel imports.

The "Fact Checking Platform" clarified that Gagik Tsarukyan has indeed sold his "Kotayk" beer factory. According to the state registry of legal entities, the buyer is Garegin Mkrtchyan, who has been the 100% shareholder of the beer factory since February 11, 2022.
