No Violations Reported in Peacekeepers' Zone in Artsakh, Russian Defense Ministry
The Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to fulfill its tasks in Artsakh. According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, there have been no violations reported in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeepers.
Continuous monitoring of the situation is being conducted at twenty-seven observation posts, along with oversight of the ceasefire regime. It was noted that patrols have been carried out in the Askeran, Martakert, and Martuni regions, as well as on the Lachin Corridor.
The engineering and sappers' units of the peacekeeping contingent continue to inspect and clear the area of mines and unexploded ordnance. During the day, an area of 0.25 hectares was cleared, and one explosive object was neutralized.
To ensure the safety of Russian peacekeepers and prevent possible incidents, ongoing cooperation is maintained with the general staff of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
