Alert Received About Bomb Threat at Zvartnots International Airport
A recent alert was received by the Emergency Situations Ministry's rescue service and the operational management centers of the Armenian police regarding a bomb threat on a plane that had just landed at Zvartnots International Airport. The aircraft, operated by Red Wings Airlines, was on the Moscow-Yerevan flight.
According to Shamshyan.com, emergency response teams, including firefighters and rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, have arrived on site. Officers from the Zvartnots airport police and canine units are also present.
The rescue teams are preparing to inspect the area, while passengers have safely disembarked and retrieved their luggage. The aircraft has been moved to a secure location for further examination.
