Earthquake 14 km Northeast of Bavra Village
On April 7 of this year, at 14:38 local time (10:38 GMT), a 2.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded by the seismic network of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations in the border area between Armenia and Georgia, 14 km northeast of Bavra village, at a depth of 10 km. The intensity of the underground shock in the epicentral zone reached 3 points.
The earthquake was felt in the Bavra village of the Shirak province with a strength of 2-3 points.
