Russian Defense Ministry on Reports of Missile Strike on Ukrainian Railway Station

The Russian Ministry of Defense has just released a statement, asserting: “All statements by representatives of the nationalist regime in Kyiv regarding the alleged 'missile strike' by Russia on the railway station in Kramatorsk on April 8 are provocations and do not correspond to reality at all.

The Russian Armed Forces did not conduct a fire mission in Kramatorsk city on April 8, nor was it planned. We emphasize that the 'Tochka-U' tactical missiles, whose fragments were discovered near the Kramatorsk railway station and published by eyewitnesses, are used exclusively by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.”

Ukrainian Armed Forces brigades have struck the center of Donetsk, resulting in the death of 17 people at the scene, and another 36 civilians injured.

It is worth noting that earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russian troops struck the Kramatorsk railway station using 'Tochka-U' missiles.
