Worse Than the Ban on Gutters: Keyan on the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project

Tigran Keyan, the president of the NGO 'Driver's Company,' writes on his Facebook page:

"According to the comprehensive health insurance project, for entities whose annual turnover is 11.9 million drams, the annual payment will amount to 714,000 AMD. For those surpassing an annual turnover of 11.9 million, regardless of the turnover amount, the payment for health insurance will be 680,000 AMD.

Note: It turns out that the Ministry of Health has developed a project that is worse than the ban on gutters."
