What Does Russia Want from Zelensky Through Negotiations: Peskov

Russia is interested in having Vladimir Zelensky agree to the conditions set forth in Russian-Ukrainian negotiations. Through negotiations, Moscow aims to halt military operations, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“He is the President of Ukraine, and we are interested in him agreeing to the conditions of the Russian Federation, which the Russian delegation has clearly communicated to him. Through negotiations, we want to cease military operations,” Peskov stated in an interview with the French television channel LCI.
