The police department in Erebuni is preparing materials regarding a brawl that occurred in Yerevan on April 3. According to shamshyan.com, at approximately 11:00 PM that day, a report was received from 56-year-old Harutyun Kazaryan, a resident of Yerevan, who stated that customers under the influence of alcohol had attacked the staff at the address 59 Tigran Mets Avenue.

A rapid response team from the Erebuni police department arrived at the scene and found that in the "Jano" restaurant, a dispute had escalated between patrons—41-year-old Arthur Fedoseyev, his brother, 46-year-old Edik Fedoseyev (a citizen of the Russian Federation), and a friend whose identity is currently being verified—and the restaurant's assistant chef, 25-year-old Gaspar Keoroghlian, along with the restaurant owner, H. Kazaryan. During this altercation, Edik and Arthur Fedoseyev and their friend physically assaulted the chef and the owner, inflicting bodily injuries.

According to information obtained by the media, on April 4, Edik and Arthur Fedoseyev presented themselves at the Erebuni police station but refused to provide explanations before being released. Erebuni police are currently identifying the third individual's identity. Arthur Fedoseyev stated at the police station that he is a public official working as the head of a department in one of the state structures.
