VIDEO: Is There a Risk of a Large-Scale Attack by Azerbaijan? Clarification from the Deputy Minister of Defense

The recent events in Artsakh and the ongoing trend of maintained tension raise concerns, but I cannot say more than that. This was stated today, April 4, during a conversation with reporters in the National Assembly by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia, Arman Sarkissian.
