23-Year-Old Woman Stabs Her Husband in Yerevan

On April 1, at 22:35, the police received a report from a hospital indicating that a 24-year-old man had been admitted with a "stab wound penetrating the left chest." A relative of the injured man stated that he had sustained the injury after falling on Svachyan Street.

The operational group that arrived at the hospital learned that the young man was unable to provide an explanation for his injuries. Thanks to the measures taken by the Malatya Police Department officers, it was discovered that during a domestic dispute, the young man had been stabbed by his wife.

Following some explanatory work, the 23-year-old woman reported to the police station and provided a confession. Investigations are ongoing.
